The Prep Work
I put in a minimum of 10 hours of sweat equity into your property.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Power Washing all walkways, driveway, fencing & exterior
Caulking of all baseboards, window frames & bathrooms
Plastering, sanding and painting any cracks, nail holes or blemishes
Direct Mail Marketing
I work with a designer to get a custom postcard designed for the sale of your home. This postcard will be sent to 100 of your closest neighbors to generate buzz about the upcoming sale of your property.
